Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once purchased. As our products do not come with a tamper-evident seal, we cannot verify whether an item has been opened or used. To protect the quality and safety of our products — and to ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched item — all sales of perfume oils are final.
We strongly recommend reading product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a scent, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in preparing and packing every order, issues can occasionally occur. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item
Once received, our team will review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Faulty items are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
*Please note: Minor variations in colour or oil consistency may occur due to natural ingredients. These do not qualify as faults.
